This module is designed to offer you guidance on using social listening to understand different sentiments about your organization. By understanding how people think of and respond to your organization, you can better refine your key messages, value propositions and external engagements to enhance your organization’s reputation and brand and ultimately your sustainability. This module will introduce social listening, insights, guidance and resources for your organizational and sustainability strategy, include colleagues and team from you who will help implement the strategy.
